Achievements
The foundation is led by Subhashis Dutta, whose record spans five decades of Indian football as a player, referee and coach.
As a Player
- Represented Delhi University at Srinagar, Kashmir — Winners, 1976.
- Represented Delhi in the Junior Nationals, 1976.
- Represented Delhi in the All India Rural Games, Shimoga — Gold Medal winners, 1977.
- Represented Delhi in the Senior National Santosh Trophy in 1978, 1979, 1980, 1986 and 1992.
- Played India's top level tournaments — DCM, Durand, Rovers Cup, IFA Shield, Governor's Gold Cup Sikkim, Darjeeling Gold Cup, Stafford Cup, All Nepal Cup, Bhutan Gold Cup, Bank Asiad, Patu Memorial Allahabad, Bokaro Shield and others; adjudged best player in a majority of them.
- Played in the Calcutta Super Division Football League from 1980 to 1986 for Aryans Club, Rajasthan Club, Barisha Sporting Club, Kidderpore Club and George Telegraph Club.
As a Referee
Class One referee of Delhi, supervising top local and outstation tournaments.
As a Coach
- Certified NIS coach.
- Certified AFC 'C' Licence coach.
- Certified by IPSO (International Professional Scouting Organisation), London.
- School and grassroots level coaching since 1986.
- Coach, International Children's Games — Cleveland, Ohio, USA (2004 & 2006) and Coventry, London (2005).
- Coach, Delhi team, Under-14 National Championship, Goa (2007-08).
- Coach, Delhi team, Under-19 Championship, Trivandrum.
- AIFF Introductory Coaching Course, 2006.
- Coach of leading first division clubs of the capital — Hindustan Club, Shastri Club, Mooghals Club, Collegians and Punjab National Bank.
- Secretary / Director, Netaji Subhash Football Academy since 1989.
